Bruce and his team at Prosearch Plus have done photo shoots for 8 hotels within our portfolio. Our portfolio consists of Best Western Plus, Hampton Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn Express and most recently our brand new Courtyard by Marriott which we opened 2 months ago. Their team has been an absolute pleasure to work with for all of our shoots and have delivered a perfect product each time.
The team at Prosearch Plus reached out to each General Manager and coordinated a time and date that worked well with the hotel for the shoot without disturbing our guests. They also provided a checklist to each location so that the staff can properly stage the room with props prior to their arrival for the shoot. The photographer was always on time and if for any reason, there was a delay in their schedule, they would reach out to the General Manager to notify them of the time change. During the shoot, if they missed a few shots due to weather or unavailability of a certain part of the hotel, they have been more than willing to come out on their next visit to the area and take care of the remainder of the pictures at no extra cost.
