We can accommodation rush filming depending on our photographers' availbility. Rush filming will incur a fee. Please contact us to discuss.
Ultimately, the decision is yours. We suggest the hotel to be set up "as is."
Edits are not a guarantee. Our first round of editing includes removal of smoke detectors, fire alarms, cords, outlets, stains and/or anything that looks unattractive.

Edits are not a guarantee. In some situations, we can replace the grass to make the photo more attractive. Adding flowers is rarely possible and may look unrealistic. If you are a branded property, please follow your brand guidelines.
We always send our Tips for a Successful Shoot PDF along with a confirmation of the filming date and time. We insist that the hotel staff iron the bedding, bed skirts, bed scarves, etc... Editing the bedding can either look unrealistic or be impossible altogether.
Photos are delivered to you within DropBox. We leave these photos on our DropBox for 1 year. The photos will be archived after that.
We strive to keep photos in our archive for as long as we can. In most cases, we are able to recover your photos from our archive for a nominal fee. Please reach out to see if we can help.
